AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and AIMatrix Skills (“Company”, “we”, “us”), concerning your access to and use of the website www.aimatrixskills.com (the “Site”) and our related services, courses, and digital products. By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by AIMatrix Skills.
- Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site and download specific Content (such as templates or course materials) properly purchased by you, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Prohibition: You may not copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site or Content for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS & REFUND POLICY
- Instant Access: AIMatrix Skills provides digital products (templates, software assets, pre-recorded courses) that are available for immediate download or access after purchase.
- No Refunds: Due to the intangible, digital nature of these products, all sales are final. Once you have gained access to the materials, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
USER ACCOUNTS & SECURITY
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details.
- Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple users accessing a single account, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account immediately without refund.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activities include:
- Systematically retrieving data to create a collection or database.
- Disparaging, tarnishing, or otherwise harming the Company or the Site.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. AIMatrix Skills and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
